Names, numbers and technical terms deserve a separate caption pass. A readable subtitle can still be wrong if the transcription changed a key word.
A practical evaluation
Compare captions with the audio, add punctuation and check line breaks on the final vertical layout. Do not cover faces or important demonstrations.
