MakeMyContent Clips add-on
Cheapest AI clip generators (sourced)
MMC Clips prepares short clips and post drafts from long video. The add-on is staged and does not publish automatically while OAuth approval is pending.
How to decide
Compare source-video limits, exported minutes, watermark rules and publishing permissions. Do not treat staged plans as purchasable subscriptions.
Availability

Review clips before publishing
Work from a transcript of a video you have permission to reuse. Choose a self-contained question, claim or demonstration, then check the cut, captions and context. MMC Clips is staged and operates in shadow mode: it prepares drafts and does not publish while OAuth approval is pending.
